P0705 Ford -2002 Mustang GT

Just bought the car. Had code p0705 and cyl 3 misfire. Fixed misfire right away. Changed TRS and installed correctly checked voltage and still code shows up. Car is heavily modded and it runs and drives but doesn't run like I know it should
