P2006 - p2008 both pull up. Intake manifold just replaced. still coming up

P2006 Intake manifold runner control stuck closed Bank 1

P2008 Intake manifold runner control circuit open Bank 1

This code condition is for the control circuit of IMRC , either the actuator or the solenoid is not recieving the required power,
