P0011 Nissan - quest 2005

I have 2005 nissan quest with a p0011 code.
Can you tell me how can I fix it?

Hi there,

Typically with this code the first thing to check is the engine oil level. The code indicates the variable timing on bank 1 is not working properly. If the van is low on oil you will get this code. Also, sometimes a bad cam position sensor will cause this code or the variable intake timing control solenoid.
