Do the fault codes for a 2003 Ford F150 4.0L have to begin with a P?

I am using an obd2 reader in form of a bluetooth for my 2003 Ford F150. They fault codes I get start with a B not a P, Is this correct??

Vehicle: 2003 Ford F150 4.0L

You can have a B code it is related to body codes.
