Codes P0410, P1410 & P1416 came up on check engine light diagnosis's.

Question

None of these codes came up during the emissions test and no other symptoms of a problem other than the check engine light.
The Secondary Air Pump was replaced, then the SOP Electrical connector was replaced, then a hose was reconnected. Latest is P1410 passed and P1416 failed. Will replacing the Bank 1 Sensor #2 get rid of the check engine light for good? AND what cost am I looking at to do this?
