P0135 BMW -i replaced the sendos 1 positon 1 and i still get this code

Question

i get a P0135 code on a reader and i went and bought the O2 sensor 1 position 1 and i still get the P0135 code, i don't have a check engine light but i would like to get rid of it son i can pass the smog check
