I have a f250 2008 with the 5.4 motor and at a idle when warm it will hesitate

The code is for the bank 2 cam position sensor. This usually is a sensor issue itself, but it could also indicate the timing on bank 2 is off. Because you have a hesitation I would start with the sensor itself. It's not uncommon for it to cause this type of issue.
