P0010 Toyota - Avalon

Question

I have 2006 Toyota Avalon 3.6L V6. I just changed the spark plugs since I had previous mis-fire codes. Now I am showing P0010 error code. I assume that I did not get a connection back on good enough but want to check which one.

P0010 Camshaft position "A" actuator circuit Bank 1

This is for Bank 1 OCV for the intake on bank 1 ,this code mean the actuator is either open circuit , which is cause by a disconnection or grounded or even a shorted actuator.
