error p0315 already replaced cam and crank position sensors, still won't start

Question

Stopped to put gas in car left car door open, car wouldn't start after that. Got p0315 error. Replaced both cam and crank position sensors. Won't turn over, no clicks. Everything powers up. Tried getting jumpstart with battery pack and still nothing. Could it be something else? car has a remote gps/cut off switch from dealership where car is being bought from, but they indicated they haven't disabled it. Security system?

P0315 No crank sensor learned

Starter need to be check by a direct connection method, if there is no cranking, This code has nothing to do with a no start condition.
