How do I test the cam sensor signal to the ECM/ECU on a Honda CRV 2002?

We were getting a p1259 code, all sensors and connections were correct. Now we get a p0341 code. It might be the Electronic Control Unit/Module (ECU/ECM) but we aren't sure and would like to check the cam sensor.

Vehicle: 2002 Honda CRV 4 cyl
