"Flex Pipe Assembly" replaced 04 Camry. Check engine P0136"(O2 Sensor B1 S2 Malf). Is this related.

I had my "Flex Pipe Assembly" replaced on my 2004 Camry. The check engine light is on with code P0136 O2 Sensor B1 S2 Malf. Is this related to the replaced exhaust system?

it can be caused by it, if there an exhaust leak 

if there is not leaks the sensor could be bad of the EFI relay
