2003 acura cl 3.2 trouble code P0720. What does it mean?

Hi there,

The code is for the countershaft speed sensor. This can be a problem with the sensor itself, or a mechanical issue inside the transmission It is mounted to the top of the transmission. Here is a diagram of it's location.
