07 legacy sedan-p2097 code, changed plug wires, plugs, gas cap+ 2 full tanks of gas with fuel injector cleaner had code cleared and it returned within 100 miles, no real symptoms other than possible very slightly rough idle noticeable at stop light

This is the result of the engine performance  condition  the rough idle you have cause this code condition, Check the MAF (mass airflow) air duct that there is no false air that can cause this condition.
