P0447 KIA - can this cause car to lose complete power while driving

Car lost complete power while driving. This code was in history P0447, could this have been faulty and caused this problem.?

No this will not cause the vehicle to loose complete power while driving, The vent control system is used to prevent harmful hydrocarbons which is fuel vapor from escaping into the atmoshphere.This code does not produce any drivability problem
