2002 Ford Focus 2.0L with engine code P1237

Question

I have a 2002 ford focus ZTS that has a p1237 code. I replaced the fuel pump and fuel pump relay. Still won't start and no fuel to the fuel rail

This code is for the fuel pump driver module. On this car it's located under the back seat. This is the unit that controls the fuel pump, remove the back seat to gain access to it.
