P1781 Dodge Stratus 2000 2.4 engine. How do I fix this?

I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus with a 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine. Check engine light is on and the first code given is p1781 which is OD hydraulic pressure switch. The transmission was replaced two years ago with a used one. Not sure what vehicle the used tranny came from. How do I fix this?

Vehicle: 2000 Dodge Stratus 2.4 4cyl.
