P0541 Dodge -

Question

My Dodge Ram 5.9 liter diesel was driven a short distance on a hot day, and then shut off for a short time. When I went to restart it, turning the ignition resulted in a single "click" with each turn of the key but did not engage the starter. After multiple attempts with the same result, I let the truck sit for another hour or so and then it started fine. The check engine light came on but the truck ran normally. I scanned the code and it came back with P0541 $07E8 Intake Air Heater A Circuit Low

Is this a bad connection, need new part, or what? Please advise.
