P0700 Dodge -

Question

The only good thing is it still starts!!! The shifter will not go into gear without manually pushing the safety button, electric windows dont work, radio dont work, a/c / vent no power, no wipers, (abs, e brake, traction control, airbag, and engine light all stay on), and the head lights dont work! all of this happened at 1 time. I had hopes of just shutting the car down and it being fine! Thats when I found out that the shifter wouldnt come out of park!!
