2006 GMC Canyon, throwing code P0128 once in a while. anybody else have this issue?

what did you do to fix it? was it the thermostat or the coolant temp sensor that you fixed? how much for either? and where are they located on the engine?

the thermostat will have to be replaced first.

 

if you still have the problem replace the coolant temp sensor
