How do I replace the EGR valve positon sensor in my 1998 Toyoat Avalon?

I have to replace the EGR Valve position sensor on my 1998 Toyota Avalon. Instructions please

Hi there,

According to the service manual you need to remove the three nuts that hold it in place and remove it. I do not have a diagram of the position sensor however.
