how does fuse 33 in the volvo fuse panel relate to codes 30 & 36

Question

how do codes 30 & 36 relate to the blowing of fuse 33 in the fuse panel in a 2005 Volvo S40 T5 AWD. After replacing both up and downstream sensors codes reappear. Does this relate to another part that needs to be reset or replaced?

I would disconnect the battery to reset the computer, since the air to fuel ratio will be incorrect and set the light on (this is not the same thing as erasing the code)

30 is for the ECM

33 oxygen sensors

36 ECM and pedal

also possible the wiring might be an issue
