1996 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L Code P0340

Question

I have a 1996 ford mustang gt 4.6L and we have a P0340 error. I replaced the starter and the camshaft sensor. Also, the battery shows a healthy 12.2-14 volts! Help:-(

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction

Does the engine start? If the engine has a hard time starting P0340 can be the result of the condition.
