Is P0441 On a Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup telling me that the Purge Valve is bad?

Question

Does P0441 on my Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup mean that it has a bad Purge Valve. The code definition that I pull up says ( EVAP- Emission control sys. Purge Flow Fault.) It does not say if it is the Purge Valve or Not. I also get a P0440 sometimes which just say's ( Emission sys. failure). It Has a 5.7 liter engine & does anyone know where the Purge valve is located?

The most problem with this code condition is the vacuum line to the purge solenoid, that or broken hose with the EVAP that tends to rupture , and leak especially at the filler neck
