new oxy sensor chevy s-10 to solve the p0150 code did not work, what else could it be

code p0150 appeared.

replaced the upstream oxygen sensor, then reset.

the code reappeared after one trip.

What else can I do.

Other thins that can cuase the code are:

- Injectors may be faulty
- Intake air leaks may be faulty
- Exhaust gas leaks
