My 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax 6.6L stalled and it pulled U1000 and U1800 codes what does that mean?

U0100 Lost communication with ECM

U1800 Loss communication with the FICM

There no communication with the FICM (fuel injector control module) There has been a TSB about the FICM wire chaffing at the alternator bracket TSB # 09-06--04-034. You will need to inspect for that concern , other than that a FICM module may need replacement.
