P0700 Dodge - eatx ctrller dtc

What is the issue with this code showing up p0700-eatx-ctrller-dtc on my 2007 dodge 3500 dually diesel auto tranny 6 speed. Not shifting down properly with the trailer tow and engine brake engaged?

P0700 represent a transmission fault is detected and is accompanied by another DTC, There should be another fault code stored with this
