P0340 Dodge - already replaced camshaft position sensor still not working

Code p0340 is on. My trucks RPM gauge will go haywire and engine will shut off. I already replaced camshaft position sensor what else could be the problem?

P0340 Camshaft position sensor . No CAM refference signal at the PCM

Improper connection , what happens is you you have a crank signal and no cam signal. Check its refference voltage without its 5 volts you get this code condition this is a electrical problem
