why P1155 Toyota - not cleared even after changing the sensor?

My harrier 2000 is in goood condition but i have this ecm light on and after diognosis it required to channge oxygen sensor we did that but still the ecm light is on. Any idea what else i should do

HI there,

Unless you manually clear the codes with an OBDII code reader or scan tool the light will stay on. It has to run a self test for the computer to clear the codes on it's own. This can take quite a while because the conditions have to be met for the system to run it's own test.
