P0446 Chevrolet - malibu. Is it safe to drive without fixing problem?

Question

2011 chevy malibu light came on. Code reader stated Evap system vent circuit failure. when pumping fuel into tank, the pump keeps stopping.

P0446 Evaporative emission (EVAP) vent system performance

This is a "B" type code condition , this has no drivabilty condition  at all, it take a ECM just to inform you that there is a problem with the EVAP system. It is safe to drive , To solve the Evap vent situation it is located on the top for the fuel tank where it will have to be accessed.and replaced.
