Help me, I got the engine code P0193 on my 2001 Isuzu Trooper Bighorn is cranking but does not run. I can't explain this code

We have the Isuzu trooper here in the United States that does not use that code

Have you checked fuel pressure?

If the engine is a 3.5L engine the fuel pressure is supposed to be 42-55 psi
