How do I fix trouble code 1572 on my 02 i35 infinity

are you brake lights coming on? what issues are you having? while in cruise control the brake does not turn off the criuse control?

if you have the criuse control issue replace the ASCD brake switch 

if the lights dont come on replace the stop lamp switch
