I have a P0013 and P0305 code on a 2000 Volvo C70 coupe, any ideas?

Question

Type 2000 Volvo C70 Coupe 2.0T
Changed oil 1 week prior to problem.
Jumped started the car 2 weeks prior to problem (left on lights.)
Heavy vibrations in steeringwheel.
On acceleration the engine struggles a bit ,there is no full power.
Engine does not run smooth as normal.
Exhaust fumes smell like petrol.
The engine starts up at the first go but stutters a bit.
When starting up revs go up to 1200 drop ,does this again then settles at normal idle. Maybe this is normal ?
So this all gives me the P0013 and P0305 code, what is the root of the problem, please?
