 P2138 tends to be a intermittent condition  Here is a APP 1 tested and the APP 2 tested.at the accelerator pedal, There is a slight variation but not enough to set P2138 and put the vehicle in limp mode. To resolve this code condition a TSB 07-06-04-019D was applied,and so far the code condition has not returned, what this involves is to repair the IP (instrument panel ) harness to Body connector harness.
