P1217 Nissan - replaced thermostat but didn't solve problem any suggestions.

I have 2 codes P1138 swirl control valve and P1217 the swirl control valve is under warranty. I replaced the thermostat but didn't solve the problem what do you suggest, the fans seem to be working ok, I also replaced the radiator cap.

Vehicle: 2005, Nissan sentra 1.8 s
