2003 Ford Windstar 3.8L with code C1963

I have a 2003 Ford Windstar 3.8L. at 65mph the check advance track banner came on and the van started to shake and slow down. also the check tire banner came on same day . I checked tires they were ok. went to parts store they read code stabilty control c1963
