P1132 for 1996 ford e 150 5.8 liter

P1132 says sensor indicates rich. Freeze frame reads their is a closed loop in fuel system one. Just had the fuel pump replaced does that affect the sensor?, and or should it have been adjusted during fuel pump repair or does it need to be replaced? IWhere is this sensor located? Any help is appreciated, Thanks KC
