Does my OBD (1998 Infiniti I30) measure speed and distance?

Vehicle: 1998 Infiniti I30 V6

It is limited and I not sure it will work, since it has an OBD-I (it is by driver side inside fuse box) and OBD-II, If you are going to try to connect a wireless OBD-II its worth trying it out.
