C1215 - ABS Inlet Valve Coil RF Circuit Open

Question

I scan my car Chevrolet Tracker and and see this code C1215 - ABS Inlet Valve Coil RF Circuit Open.

That is exactly the problem?

C1215 Idle up circuit malfunction

This is for the ABS system The ECBM uses the idle up in a event for ABS function.this is where the ECBM (electronic brake control module) is unable  to request to the PCM to idle up the engine speed.
