P0106 MAP (Manifold Absolute pressure) sensor Circuit range performance

You have a MAP sensor, This can be a self-help if you find the emission smell, it can be related. At one time if you left a oil cap off, you would get oil all over the engine compartment, With todays engine management you get lean bank code condition. and drivability problems as well as oil all over the compartment. So check the oil cap for proer sealing. Check the condition of the air cleaner also.If this emission smell is MAP related and the car runs fine the MAP can be compensating for this emission smell codnition .
