Its a fairly new car 2012 Lexus CT200h with 20,000 miles. I had to go to the enhanced DTC to view and then the "Readiness DTC" menu. The 2 other menu were "current DTC" and "historical DTC". What's the difference?

Readiness menu this is for emission testing when a DTC (diagnostic trouble code) is recently cleared monitor have to run. When the monitor run and the drive criteria is met it goes to readiness complete or will list some as not complete. The current DTC is the emission code that is stored now. Historical is a past code condition that either has been cleared or is cleared by mean of the ECM seeing no fault .
