Should I try a tune-up for the P0496 code or is replacing the part the only answer?

Question

If I do a tune-up is there a chance the code will go away? I just had both converters replaced two months ago.

P0496 Evaporative Emission Flow During Non-Purge

This is for the canister purge valve,if it is sticking open it can cause rough idle, replace the purge solenoid, you can spend long hours just to test it.
