P0135 Honda - p0141

Question

2002 civic have heater code for both sensors. Both have been replaced. Have 12.2 volts to each with key on. Check ground on pin 3 car harness side at sensor plug and checked heater circuit resistance on both new sensors all check good. Have both codes at all times. Ecu poss??

If there is not wiring issue its possible the ECU may need to be updated or its bad
