p0174 means there is too much air there might be an intake leak, check for broken hoses (very common) 

Also the Buick Lesabre's have an issue with the intake manifold sucking in coolant, if your coolant level is low, you might have to replace the lower intake gaskets, upper intake gasket and intake manifold
