Can anyone tell me how to resolve code B1650 on the 2008 Toyota Highlander V6. There is a message to check the SRS airbag system

B1650 Supplemental Restrain  Airbag system Occupant classifiacation system malfunction

For this code condition there is a faulted deteected with the front passenger airbag assembly which consist of the front seat airbag and the front seat outer belt assembly. B1650 detects fualts that can be from open circuit to shorted , Under the seat the floor wire tends to disconnect for the outer belt seat.
