I have a 2005 VW Jetta that has a P2181 cooling perf. code. What would be causing that problem.

The temp on the gauge comes up to exactly 190 deg each time while driving and does not seem to be over heating or being eratic in any way.

Vehicle: 2005 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0L engine
