P0770 CHRYSLER - diagnostic information needed

2003 intrepid 2.7 litre ,transmission goes into limp in and code p0770 is set and the engine light comes on.the dealership quoted me for a valve body but i dont believe them.any diagnostic info would be a big help.I have replaced the filter and fluid in the tranny again and its at the proper level.

If you have already replaced the transmission fluid and the problem persist, as the dealer suggested, you may have to replaced the valve body.
