I owned a 2010 Toyoto Corolla. My mechanic (he works for a ordinary car repair shop). told me that P2195, despite the mal-function of the sensor, I may need to conduct a re-programming the computer mounted on my car which could only by done by Toyota dealer. Ordinary mechanic shop do not have the equipment to re-program the computer. Last, which kind of detector should I purchase in the future to detect problem of this kind.

Vehicle: 2010, Toyota, Corolla, LE

The oxygen sensor may need to be replaced and the ECU may need to be updated, if you are not on the latest update
