code 890-TCM power relay sense circuit low. What does that mean?

I have a 2007 hyundai santa fee with a diagnostic code of 890 TCM power relay sense circuit low. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

P0890 A / T relay circuit low

Replace the A/T relay. When this code condition occurs the transmission goes into 3rd gear only. The relay location is in the engine fuse / box.
