P1152 1998 Ford F150 -

the EGR solenoid was replaced and the EGR sensor was also replaced. Before the sensor was changed the PCM was telling the EGR valve to Open. if the Solenoid was unplugged the rough running went away. That is when they changed the sensor, the truck does not have any accceleration and is also getting Hot now the P1152 code came on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Vehicle: 1998, Ford, F-150, 4.2 litre V-6
