P132b Ford -

Hi there I got a ford Mondeo st tdci I've had a error code come up saying p132b it says turbocharger boost control position sensor B maximum/minimum stop performance I've been told I need a new turbo and I've been told by another person that the injectors need recoding as it's done over 100k I noticed last week it's blowing a bit of blue smoke on start up and today I lost power over 2000rpm the glow plug light kept flashing I'm worried now with what to do as I've been told it's injectors and another person said new turbo any ideas to this problem would be helpful thank you
